英文摘要：The Emperor Xiaowen(孝文帝)of Northern Wei Dynasty has high Han cultural accomplishment.He pays much attention to literature and art,engages in literature writing himself.He advocates the elegant meetings and communicates with with Xianbei(鲜卑)lords and literati about literature.He also attaches importance to historiography,likes metaphysics and comments Buddhism.He advocates actively learning both literature and Confucian Classics from the Southern Dynasties,thus opens an era of transmitting culture from the South to the North.
