中文摘要：唐代后期刑部尚书职权衰落大致可以归因于如下几个方面:无论是作为宰相官职迁转时的序位之官,还是被委以财政使职,均无法亲理本部事务;与地方节度使互相迁转,成为节度使官职迁转中的闲散之位;调动频繁,任期短暂,不能对刑部工作有实质性的推进;宦官专权时,刑部尚书由其操控,行使职权时受其干预。诸种因素相互交织,导致唐代后期刑部尚书实际职权的下降。

英文摘要：During the late Tang Dynasty,Xingbu Shangshu,president of Xingbu,often took charge of the duties of the prime minister and the finance on the side.It became an idle post for Jiedushi of local government,even for the officials who were old or ill.The appointment of it was so frequent that the term was shortened considerably.Sometimes who should be Xingbu Shangshu was decided by eunuchs who were controlling government affairs of the central authority.Because of these reasons,Xingbu Shangshu's function and power in Xingbu was on the wane.
