中文摘要：北魏末年,宇文泰割据关陇,魏孝武帝因与高欢矛盾激化而率众西就宇文泰,追随魏帝或忠于魏室之山东人士也由此陆续入关。宇文泰尊立魏帝,与高欢所控制之东魏形成东、西对峙之局面。宇文泰虽以六镇鲜卑为创业基础,但人数寡少,既不足与高欢抗衡,又不能对关陇豪强形成压倒性优势,故其政策,必以调和胡汉,融冶六镇、关陇与山东人为一体为指归,形成陈寅恪先生所谓之关陇集团。西魏大统十六年,府兵组织系统正式成立,标志着关陇集团正式形成。

英文摘要：The paper discusses the foundation of the Guanlong Group,which included various personages from the ethnic groups of Hu and Han,based on the Western Wei dynasty which established by the imperial family of Yuan-Wei manipulating by Yuwen Tai in Guanlong during the late Northern Wei.What is known as the Guanlong Group,was a local group that combined the Hans and the Hus.In the group,the Xianbeis in Liuzhen or the Xianbei knights were the main body,and also included the local despotics as well as the Shangdong personages of the Western Wei.In the 16th of Datong,the official foundation of The Fubing system also marked the form of the Guanlong Group.
