中文摘要：崔浩是北魏初期的汉族政治家,在北魏文化史上有着极为重要的意义。崔浩改定历法、注释儒经、撰写史书、吟诗作文,对北魏鲜卑族的汉化作出了巨大贡献。然而作为一个政治家,崔浩非常注重吸收各种力量以稳固北魏统治。在人才选拔上,崔浩既重儒学又重才干,既重门第又重能力,显示出较为理智的人才观。尽管崔浩的人才观与北魏皇族产生了尖锐的冲突,但却代表着五世纪北中国人才战略的正确方向。崔浩之死,是鲜卑贵族向试图汉化的人发出的危险警告,这种正确的人才战略也被搁浅了。崔浩死了,其思想并未泯灭,高祖孝文帝拓跋宏即位后完全继承了崔浩的人才战略,北魏吸收了大量才士,北魏王朝走向鼎盛。

英文摘要：Cui Hao was a Han statesman during the early stage of North Wei Dynasty and played an important role in cultural history at that time.Cui Hao reformulated calendar,annotated the classic works of Confucianism,composed historical books and wrote poems.Cui Hao made great contributions to Xianbei's absorption of Han culture during North Wei Dynasty.As a statesman,he paid more attention to taking in talents so as to firm the ruling of that time.In selecting talents he stressed not only Confucianism and family status but also ability and competence,which displayed a comparatively rational outlook on talents.His point of view on talents,though being in conflict with that of imperial family,represented the proper orientation of the talent strategy of Northern China during 5th century.The death of Cui Hao was a warning to those who wanted to imitate Han's culture given by nobles of Xianbi.Consequently,this proper talent strategy was held up.Although Cui Hao was dead,but his idea did not vanish.After ascending the throne,Tuoba Hong,Xiaowendi of North Wei Dynasty,succeeded Cui Hao's talent strategy and absorbed many qualified personals.As a result,North Wei Dynasty was quite thriving and prosperous.
