英文摘要：He Shouyang, an official in the Western Regions in Tang Dynasty, was born in a minority family. In the Jinglong period when he occupied the Panguang office of Zhiduying in Jixi, he assisted Guo Yuanzhen, supervisor of Anxi Supervisory Office, to struggle firmly with the wrongly defensive policy of borderland implemented by Zong Chuke, prime minister. Later, he was promoted as deputy supervisor of Beiting Supervisory Office and was specially in charge of the station troops to open up wasteland for 10 years. He contributed importantly to strengthening the economic construction of frontier defense of the Western Regions in Tang Dynasty. He also made remarkable achievements in local administration when he was Taishou of Bochuan and Longxi Prefectures.
