中文摘要：从新近调查得到的一件佉卢文离婚契约的格式、内容等可窥见3～4世纪之精绝及鄯善所实行的婚姻法及离婚问题。财产关系处置和女方在离婚中所具有的主动地位为其明显特征,这一点与敦煌“放妻书”所反映的婚姻文化有很大差异,但与中亚粟特地区有某种相似性。

英文摘要：A contract of divorce in Kharosthi recently found in Niya Site and transcribed and translated by Prof. Lin Meicun is analyzed and interpreted in this paper, which reflect the state of marriage and divorce practiced in Cad'ota and Shanshan. It could be characterized with two points: the regulation for property relationship and the right of wife's own accord. These show some differences with the 'Fang Qi Shu' (Certificate of divorcing wife') found in Dunhuang and otherwise some similarities with the Sogdian contract of marriage.
