中文摘要：本文主要对明代东察合台汗国是如何最后完成对土鲁番地区的政教合一统治的,占据土鲁番的蒙古汗与明朝争夺哈密卫的原因和结果,以及16世纪后土鲁番地区政局的衍变对于同时期西域整个局势走向的深刻影响等几个问题进行了探讨。

英文摘要：This paper mainly discusses how East Chahetai Khanate finally established its rule of unification of the state and the religion over Turpan region. It also arguments the reasons and fruits for the Mogolian Khan in Turpan to scrabble for Hami Guard Post. At last, it studies the far-reaching influences upon the trend of whole western regions in the same period by the evolution of political situation in Turpan after the 16th century.
