英文摘要：This paper makes an academic discussion about some theories of the ascription of historical territory put forward by the scholars of Korea and South Korea. It thinks that these views about the ascription of historical domain, namely "the ascription of historical domain is decided by the territory of primitive ancestor", "the ascription of state is determined by the race of ruling class" and "the ascription of historical domain is decided by the ancestors of modern residents", are untenable from the view point of international law and also don't accord with the facts.
