中文摘要:“授箓”是正一派授予道士经箓法职的科仪,视功德行持的情况,初授、升授、加升通过相应的程序进行;“传戒”是全真派向道士传授戒规律法的科仪,亦须初真、中极、天仙循序渐进地获得三坛大戒的成果,其目的都是为了让道士通过这种方式以学知识、学科仪、学戒律,从而得窥道法之门径,获取相应的神权,修道养德、达通神仙、功德社会。相比较而言,正一派授箓意在打开人神沟通的渠道,全真派传戒则重在启发教徒自律和清修规范其修持的方式方法。道教徒通过授箓或者传戒,亲于坛场用虔诚的信仰方式,与神圣订立盟约,许下诺言,以便自己事后自律自守,此为这项活动所具有的重要现实意义。道教事业要传承延续、薪火相传、健康发展,仍然需要传戒和授箓这种方式。
英文摘要:For the Taoist priest, Imparting Registers and Transmission of Commandments is not only a necessary process in their religious lives, but also an inevitable method of achieving the power of God. Imparting Registers was first used in Taoism. Transmission of Commandments had begun to be used during the Song Dynasty while the Complete Perfection Sect had created Taoism. Imparting Registers is a ritual to confer scriptures and charms on the Taoist priests in the Orthodox Oneness Sect. It includes three steps, the first conferment, the higher conferment and JiaSheng (Heightening Conferment). It will process according to the individual's execution of his merits and virtues. Transmission of Commandments is a ritual to impart Taoist traditional commandments and rules to the Taoist priests in the Complete Perfection Sect. It also includes three parts, the Primary Perfection Commandment, Commandments for Middle Perfection and Heavenly Immortal Commandment. It has to be achieved step by step until one reaches the final reward of "Great Commandments of the Three Altars". Either Imparting Registers or Transmission of Commandments is a method for the Taoist priest to attain knowledge, rituals and commandments. As a result, they could have a look at the Tao through these efforts and master the power of God. It will greatly benefit for all of individuals, the God and the human society.
