中文摘要：山西夏县是宋代著名政治家和历史学家司马光的故里 ,司马光墓是第三批全国重点文物保护单位。司马光墓中作为祖茔香火院的一组佛寺建筑———余庆禅院的历史与司马光墓、碑、祠的兴废密切相关。更重要的是禅院现存的大殿还保存着古朴的结构和风貌 ,可能是晋西南地区继芮城五龙庙唐代大殿以后时代最早的建筑。这对以金元建筑为主的晋西南地区的古建筑群而言意义重大。

英文摘要：Xiaxian is the homeplace of Sima Guang the famous politician and historian of the Song Dy-nasty.His tomb can be found on the third list of monuments and sites for protection of a national level.Within the precinct of the ancestral shrine of the tomb is a group of Buddhist bulidings,whose history is closely linked to the tomb,tombstone,hall and the so forth here.Furthermore,the exis-tent hall of an old structure and style is the oldest buildings—only younger than the Hall of the Tang dynasty in the Wulong Temple—in southwestern Shanxi,an area having many architectural survivals from the Jin-Yuan era and later.
