中文摘要：权力监督是防止权力异化和权力腐败的重要途径,孙中山提出了设立一个独立的监察机构——监察院行使对国家权力的全面监督,同时监察权必须接受国家主权的所有者——人民的监督等主张。其权力监督思想既充满了真诚的民主主义精神,又有着中国传统文化的印记,有着一定的局限性。

英文摘要：The supervising power is important way to avoid power corruption and dissimilation, so SunZhongshan suggested setting up independent organization to supervise the nation power, at the sametime this organization must be supervised by all the people. Sun Zhongshan's supervision thought isfull of sincere democracy spirit and traditional culture trace. but it also has certain limits.
