英文摘要：Through analysis of political situation across Congling areas from the end of the 8th century to the earlier stage of the 9th century and according to historical records in Chinese, Tur-ki, Persian and Arabic languages, this paper reaches a conclusion that Karakhanid was established by Qiniq, a tribe of Oghuz, in the twenties of the 9th century.
