中文摘要：公元前 37年高句丽在汉玄菟郡高句丽县建国时 ,高句丽人已经在西汉郡县制的管辖之下生活了 70多年。高句丽王被王莽政权贬为侯 ,说明其在西汉末为王国 ,东汉光武帝复其王号 ,也证实了高句丽在两汉时期的封国地位。随着高句丽的发展 ,东汉时期高句丽曾侵扰辽东、玄菟、乐浪等地 ,但这都属于边郡地方的冲突 ,高句丽作为边郡封国的地位没有改变。

英文摘要：Gaogouli people had lived for more than 70 years under the jurisdiction of the system of prefectures and counties of the Western Han Dynasty when Gaogouli founded its state in Gaogouli county of Xuantu prefecture of the Western Han Dynasty in 37 B.C.That the king of Gaogouli was demoted as marquis by Wang Mang Regime showed that Gaogouli was a king state in the end of the Western Han Dynasty. Emperor Guangwu of the Eastern Han Dynasty resumed his king title proved that Gaogouli was an effeoffment state of the Han Dynasties.With the development of Gaogouli, it harassed Liaodong,Xuantu and Lelang ect.,but all these were local conflicts of borderland prefectures.And the status of Gaogouli as borderland effeoffment state had never been changed.
