中文摘要：在视觉文化时代,电影正在经历一个从叙事电影向奇观电影的深刻转变。好莱坞 大片、中国“第五代导演”均表现出这一转向。本文着重讨论叙事电影和奇观电影的特性,并结合 《英雄》这一文本来分析电影中奇观的诸种类型。作者认为,从叙事电影向奇观电影的转变,表征 了电影文化从话语中心模式向图像中心模式、从时间模式向空间模式、从理性文化向快感文化的 转变。

英文摘要：Movie is now undergoing a dramatic shift from narrative to spectacle in the era of visual culture. Hollywood movies and Chinese directors of “the fifth generation” are evidences of this shift. This article focuses on a comparative analysis between narrative and spectacle movies, illustrating four types of spectacle in movies from which the author concludes that the emergence of spectacle movies indicates changes from discursive to figural, time to space, and rational to pleasure in the contemporary culture.
