中文摘要：斯坦因窃自敦煌、新疆的古藏文写本现藏于大英图书馆。这批写本经过国际敦煌学、藏学界长期的整理和研究,已基本构建起一套包括编号、规格、编目和转写等内容的文献系统。本文着重介绍国外学者研究其中社会历史文书的概况与精华。

英文摘要：A number of ancient Tibetan manuscripts and texts in Stein's collection that were unearthed from Dunhuang and other places within the Xinjiang Uighur Autonomous Regions in the beginning of 20~(th) century are now housed in the British Library. Together with joined force by the academic field of Dunhuang Study and The Tibetan Study, experts and scholars at home and abroad had established a systemic study on those valuable texts by textual research and set up a precise descriptive catalogue for further possibility study in the field. This article trys to make a detail account of the textual research on the part of non-Buddhist texts in ancient Tibetan especially owns to the endure hardships in pioneer work by the remarkable international scholar abroad.
