中文摘要：《上海博物馆藏战国楚竹书》(五)所收《竞建内之》、《鲍叔牙与隰朋之谏》,经重新编排,应为一篇,只是前后笔迹有所不同。篇中叙述二臣向齐桓公进谏的故事,但有与传世文献史实不合之处,所提到的日全食也非实际天象,说明属于托古性质。篇文引及商代武丁祭祀时有雉鸟鸣叫,祖己训王,所说与《尚书·高宗肜日》有异,有可能出自佚书《高宗之训》,值得注意。

英文摘要：Jing Jian Nei Zhi and The Admonitions of Bao Shuya and Xi Peng which were collected in the Bamboo Slips of chu Stored in the Shanghai Museum (Ⅵ) , though their handwritings are dissimilar, can be concluded that they belong to the same chapter by re-compliation. The admonitions of Bao Shuya and Xi Peng records two officals, Bao Shuya and Xi Peng admonished to Duke heng of Qi. But that it describes is incompatible with document and historical fact which were handed down from ancient times. The total solar e-clipse mentioned in this file is not an actual celestial phenomena. It records that when the Shang Dynasty sent a puntitive expedition against Wu Ding, there w.ere tweets of pheasants; this is worth noticing, because it is different from Shangshu-Gaozhong Rongri(a kind of sacrificial ceremony), maybe it comes from Gaozhong Zhi Xun .
