中文摘要：清朝平定“三藩”后,开始把精力转向准噶尔部,着手解决西北边疆问题。1682年,康熙帝派内大臣奇塔特出使准噶尔部。本文爬梳史料、详其始末,揭示此次出使意在了解准部内情,尤其是噶尔丹对清朝的态度,并说明随后清朝对准政策由“笼络、羁縻”为主到“限制、削弱”为主的调整与此息息相关。

英文摘要：After suppressing the Revolt of the Three Feudatories,the Qing court devoted more energy to Junggar tribe to resolve the problem of northwest frontier of China.In 1682,Emperor Kangxi sent Qitate as an envoy to Junggar.The article,making a textual investigation of historical data and studying the whole story,reveals that the purpose of the mission is to get the inside information of Junggar tribe,especially the attitude of Gerdan towards the Qing court.After the mission,the policy of the Qing court towards Junggar tribe transformed from "blandishment" and "retainment" to "restriction" and "weakening".
