英文摘要：This paper thinks that Yunusi Case , happened in the 19th year of Jiaqing in Xinjiang, is an injustices, which was made by Song Yun in order to cater to Emperor Qianlong. After this case, Qing government paid less attention to Khoja's offsprings' problem and slackened efforts to man- age Xinjiang. This became one of the important reasons leading to the turmoil of Xinjiang in the beginning of Daoguang period.
