中文摘要：我国城市雕塑振兴以来,雕塑界逐渐形成了国家事业单位、民营企业、个人工作室并存的格局。雕塑院是雕塑工作者聚集的单位,应主动承担起振兴雕塑的社会责任,站在城市文化建设和精神文明建设的高度,自觉地把握这一当代艺术门类发展的脉搏,从社会影响力、文化涵盖力以及对环境的作用诸方面最大限度地发挥正面效应,使城市雕塑建设和创作步入良性循环、不断提升的状态。

英文摘要：Abstract: With the development of urban sculpture in China, it is the enterprise units, civil corporations and private studios who composed the national sculpture group.
