中文摘要：东汉治羌政策是汉代治边研究中的重要问题。本文在回顾史学界对这一问题研究史的基础上,进行了进一步探讨,认为东汉治羌政策是在"大一统"和"民族可以变化"的民族思想指导下,结合羌人分布广、种类多、好内斗、会农耕等特点制定的,具有合理性与可行性,且当时又无他法可行,是别无选择的选择。

英文摘要：For today's borderland study, Eastern Han Dynasty's policy toward Qiang people is very worthy to discuss. The Eastern Han Dynasty made its policy toward Qiang under the thoughts of "big Unification" and "ethnic integration", and also with Qiang society's special features, such as widely distributing, a multiplicity of tribes, fighting each other and farming. So this policy was a reasonable and feasible choice.
