中文摘要：2007年12月,湖南大学岳麓书院收藏了一批珍贵的秦简。这批秦简中比较完整的有1300余枚,绝大部分为竹简,只有少量木简。简的长度大致有三种,编绳分两道和三道。在几枚简的背面发现有"卅四年质日"、"口口年质日"、"律"、"数"等文字,具有篇名性质。简的抄写还显示出不同的风格特征,应是由多位抄手所为。经初步整理,这批秦简的主要内容大致可以分为六大类,即《日志》、《官箴》、《梦书》、《数书》、《奏谳书》、《律令杂抄》。这批简的发现对秦代历史,特别是对秦代的法律、数学以及秦代文字的书体等方面的研究具有非常重要的意义。

英文摘要：In December of 2007,Yuelu Academy of Hunan University collected a bunch of Slips of Qin Dynasty.More than thirteen hundred of the slips were well-preserved,most of them are made of bamboo and others are made of wood.They can be divided into three types according to their length.Some of them carry two traces of rope,others carry three.On the back of some slips,there are characters such as "Sa Si Nian Zhi Ri(one day in the year thirty four)","Lu(law)",or "Shu(number)".Those characters may be chapter name of books.Since characters on different slips show different styles,these slips should be transcribed by different persons.According to a pilot study,these slips belong to six type of texts,such as Ri Zhi(daily records),Guan Zhen(admonitions),Meng Shu(book about dreams),Shu Shu(book about math),Zou Xian Shu(records about verdict and punishment),and Lu Ling Za Chao(transcriptions of laws and ordinances).The slips are of important value to the study of the law,mathematics,calligraphy,and others of Qin Dynasty.
