中文摘要：甲骨文中有"秉棘"一语,以往对"棘"字不识或误读,影响了对卜辞的理解。本文通过对"棘"字的考释,指出"秉棘"乃"手持酸枣树的枝条"之意。"秉棘"的目的是为了驱鬼。以"棘"驱鬼作为巫术之一种,有着久远的来源和很强的延续性。通过对卜辞"秉棘"一语的考释,可以窥见殷代巫术文化之一斑。

英文摘要：The expression‘bing-ji'appears often in oracle bone inscriptions,and the author's research leads him to conclude that it means‘holding ji',the term for twigs of the sour date plant, and that it refers to the practice of shamans holding branches of this plant to ward off malign ghosts.The term thus has long continuity,and inscriptions containing the term provide us with insight into Yin Dynasty shamanic culture.
