中文摘要：虎牢关是古代中原名关,对其关址兴废易徙及其与地理条件的相互关系问题,近世学者多语焉不详。根据文献记载与实地考察,历史上的虎牢关、成皋关是二关而非一关;受黄河侧蚀的影响,虎牢旧关址发生过变化,后迁徙至今汜水镇,即汜水关。虎牢、汜水应为一关二名;虎牢关关址的变迁与交通条件的变化有密切关系。

英文摘要：The Hulao pass is famous and important in ancient Central China.According to some ancient documents and investigation materials,the Hulao pass is different from Chenggao pass in ancient China.Because of lateral erosion of the Yellow River,the site of the old Hulao pass moved to Sishui town,so the pass was named Sishui pass,therefore,the Hulao and Sishui passes should be the same one with two different names.The change of the site of the Hulao pass has very close relation to the change of the traffic conditions.
