英文摘要：During the Tang and Song Dynasties, the Funeral customs in Dunhuang possessed not only general characteristics of one of Central Plain, but also the individual characteristics of Dunhuang area. The paper gave a vertical and horizontal study on them On the one hand, author explained the concrete content or the Funeral costoms in Dunhuang from six aspects, such as Funeral pattern, ru-lian (Shrouding and laying the remains into the coffin after the death), Chu-bin (The funeral proper),lin-kuang (The last tribute paying before the burial), Mao-zhen (Drawing a figure of the death) and ten time of alms-distributing ceremonies and anniversary memorial ceremonies, etc, on the other hand, author expounded the religious substance of confucian-Buddhist-Daoist rituals in Dunhuang Funeral costoms and their historical source, devolopernent and change.
