中文摘要：本文利用敦煌资料及正史资料对归义军与辽、辽与甘州回鹘、归义军与甘州回鹘之间的互使或战争关系作了考察，并从时间上入手，对这三个政权的互动关系进行了深入分析，认为这种关系不是孤立的，而是相互联系的，是为各政权之间的战略格局所左右的，它既反映了唐宋之时中原王朝与边疆各族关系的变化，也透视了这一时期各族政权在发展过程中互相争斗与制衡的大势

英文摘要：This thesis deals with the relationship between Guiyijun Regime and the Liao Dynasty and Ganzhou vighur Kingdom in mutual contact or fight reflected in the Dunhuang manuscripts and orthodox history books.A profound analysis of the interdependence between the three regimes is chronologically discussed. In the authors opinion, this relationship is not isolated but related, which is dominated by the strategic pattern of each regime. It not only reflects the changes in the relationship between central dynasties and borderland nation during the period from the Tang Dynasty to the Song Dynasty, but also presents a view of the situation of conterbalancing in the course of development of all kinds of nations at that time. 
