英文摘要:In March 1993, archaeologists from the Museum of Jingzhou Prefecture excavated 16 tombs of the Qin dynasty. Tomb 15 yielded some 800 pieces of inscribed bamboo slips. The tomb has a rectangular earthen shaft with an orientation of 8 degree. The tomb furniture is a rectangular coffin with a lifted bottom. The inscribed bamboo slips consist of three books, that is, xiaolu (效律), rishu (日书) and yizhan (易占). The first and second are quite similar to their equals found at Shuihudi, Yunmeng. The last contains some divinatory names different from those of the present-day yijing, and an explanation which employed a lot of ancient examples of divination with reference to such figures as Emperors Hunagdi, Yandi, Mutianzi, as well as the mythical and historical events like Yi's shooting suns and Emperor Wu's crusade against Yin.The finds from the tomb also include counters, dice, cosmic board and pottery cauldron, yu-vessel, small bottle and so on. The date of the tomb is believed to be no earlier than General Bai Qi' s conquest of Ying and never as late as the Qin dynasty. The bamboo slips are of much value to the research of law and divination of the Qin dynasty as well as to scholars of Yijing.
