中文摘要：<正> 理明窝摩崖造像位于东平县西北斑鸠店镇的六工山西峰南麓,是唐代古弥陀院所在,山脚至今还有建福寺遗址。值得注意的是此地附近有相当丰富的佛教艺术和古代文化遗迹(图一)。如二洪顶与云翠山、翠屏山的北朝摩崖刻经,洪范池的隋代舍利石函与宋代造像,司里山的北朝至唐宋造像与刻经,六工古山的现存遗迹和东平湖畔的石刻,等等。使这个不大的区域内文化古迹密布,值得引起我们的重视。

英文摘要：The remains of Buddhist art are located on the southern side of Western Peak of theLiugong Mountain to the northwest of Dongping county in Shandong. A total of forty-sev-en icons are found in eight niches and two side ones horizontally carved on a cliff wall mea-suring 12 by 2.2m. There are eighteen inscriptions, of which eight dated ones are from theperiod between the 3rd year of the Chang'an reigh(703)and the 14th year of the Xiantongreigh(873). According to the inscriptions, the major deity here is Amitabha, who was wor-shipped by the Pure Land sect popular during the Tang dynasty. A hitherto little knownsite of Buddhist art from the high Tang period, its discovery in Shandong will cast newlight on the distribution of the then Buddhist sculpture around the country.
