中文摘要：同光三年 ( 92 3 ) ,李存勖 (庄宗 )建立后唐王朝。但他只维持了 4年的统治 ,皇权就在国内动乱中丧失了 ,史称庄宗“失政”。用人不当 ;追求奢靡、放荡的生活方式 ;贪婪成性 ,使朝中贿赂公行 ;放任伶人、宦官擅权乱政 ;诛敛黎民 ,失抚将士 ,等等 ,既是庄宗失政的表现 ,亦是其统治昙花一现的根源。后唐庄宗失政 ,给我们留下了深刻的历史教训。

英文摘要：Li ChunXu (Emperor Zhuang Zong) founded the Later Tang Dynasty in 923. But his rule lasted for olny 4 years, his political power lost at the civil tarmoil,historically known as Emperor Zhuang Zong “Improper Policies”.The improper policies of Emperor Zhuang Zong and the reasons for his short reign were as follow:making use of the talents improperly,Seeking the live ways of luxury and dissoluteness,the bribery prevailing at Court because his greediness,indulging the palace eunuchs and the actors controlling the government,extorting the people,never taking care of the general and soldiers,etc.The improper policies of Emperor Zhuang Zong of Later Fang Dynasty teach us some profound historical lessons.
