中文摘要：遁世主义修道理念是从基督教的原始修道模式中演绎出来的修道思想。该理念虽然在西部基督教世界早已被异化为入世主义修道观,但却在东部得以延续至今,并对东正教的修道活动和灵性生活都产生了重要影响。遁世主义理念的延续,主要源于在拜占廷时期的发展。本文欲以拜占廷社会为背景,对该理念发展的基本脉络、主要特征和形成原因加以探讨,借以阐明遁世主义修道理念延续至今的历史必然性和历史意义。

英文摘要：The monastic idea of Eastern Orthodox Church--the monastic idea of escapism wasdeduced from the original monastic mode of Christianity. Although this idea has been alienated into mundane monastic idea in the Western Christian World for a long time,but it continues to exist until present time in the World of Eastern Orthodox Church.The cause of this situation was its development during the period of Byzantine Empire.During this period ,the monastic idea of escapism fully achieved the combination with new collective monastic mode,it endeavoured to enable its monastic means and the method to deal with the external World to suit new monastic mode on the ground of maintaining original monastic aim,thereby it maintained its own existence.Taking Byzantine society as background,this paper explores the historical process,main characteristics.sociological cause,theoretical foundation and the influence on spiritual life of Byzantine church of the development of monastic idea of Escapism during the period of Byzantine Empire.
