中文摘要：关于唐末农民起义领袖黄巢生平事迹的记载 ,基本上集中在《旧唐书》、《新唐书》和《资治通鉴》三部书中 ,但三书所述多有差异 ,甚至同一部书中也自相矛盾。本文就黄巢生平的 2 2件大事进行了考证 ,指出了各书记载之谬误所在 ,并澄清了事实的真相。

英文摘要：All the life stories and deeds of Huang Chao,the leader of the Peasant Uprising of the late Tang Dynasty,are primarily recorded in such three books as Old Edited Collection of Tang History,New Edited Collection of Tang History and Overall-historical Experiences Offered to Govern the State.What the three books have related about his life stories and deeds,however,differs in many aspects.Even in the same book exist many self-contradictory narrations.After a thorough-going and painstaking textual research on the theory-two major events happened in all the life of Huang Chao,this paper pointed out the mistakes where they lie in the three books and clarified the truth of these events.
