中文摘要：文章在丰富的历史材料的基础上，对南宋高宗朝宰相任免宫观职的制度进行了考察，指出其政治意义。认为：宫观职所谓的“佚老优贤”，不仅是退位宰相养老或过渡的所在，也是为缓冲政治风暴的一个位置。宫观职的任免，在政治上的作用有其弹性。

英文摘要：On basis of a deep study of historical documents, this essay conducts a profound analysis of the policy of "Premier's Assignation to and Resignation from roles in Taoist Temples" practiced during the Emperor Gao's era in Southern ho dynasty, and its underlying political advantage. According to the tradition of "favorable treatment to the aged as wen as talented", this policy ensures retired Premiers a stable occupation and political shelter. Accordingly, this policy is very flexible and practical politically.
