中文摘要：在质疑《变化经》“汉末成书说”的基础上，本文首先根据南北朝末和唐宋道书，试着将敦煌本卷首残缺部分补齐。然后重点从经中老子具有绝对之先的地位和老子平王时出关说展开讨论，提出《变化经》应该成书于南北朝末至隋代，而非汉末成书。

英文摘要：Questioning the date of LAO ZI BIAN HUA JING which has set by some scholar that it from end of Han Dynasty,this article trys to completing the Dunhuang Manuscript fragment ba sed on additions and corrections proofreading of Daoist scriptures dating from e nd of The Northern and The Southern Dynasty and Tang?Song Dynasty.Then start to discussing the date of this Taoist scripture from two aspects:the absolute su premacy of Lao Zi＇s place in this Daoist scripture;The event that Lao Zi trav elled out of Hangu Pass at the reign of King of Zhou Ping Wang;then author draws a conc lusion that the date of this Dunhuang Manuscript of Lao Zi Bian Hua Jing shall be complete at end of The Northern and The Southern Dynasty to The Sui Dynasty.
