中文摘要：怀后磬是春秋时秦国的一件石磬,刻有很长的铭文,在宋代发现,先后著录于吕大临《考古图》、薛尚功《历代钟鼎彝器款识法帖》,原器早已佚失。近年这件石磬受到学术界的重视,但磬的铭文一直存在未能通解之处。通过对石磬的进一步研究,作者认为石磬的器主应是春秋时期一代秦公的夫人,这件石磬有可能出自这位夫人的墓中。

英文摘要：A product of the Qin State of the Spring and Autumn period,the stone with its lengthy inscription first appeared in the Song dynasty and was recorded in Kaogu Tu by Lu Dalin and Lidai Zhongdingyiqi Kuanshi Fatie by Xue Shanggong.This long lost instrument has recently attracted attention among scholars.However,some places of the inscription are hard to read.According to the author of the essay, the stone belongs to the wife of the ruler of the Qin State of the spring and Autumn period,and probably came from her tomb.
