英文摘要：The Qingjingsi Temple at Quanzhou City is one of the historical monuments and cultural relics under state protection. There were various opinions among scholars concerning the date of the construction of the remaining Qingjingsi Temple and the architectural form of the ruined Fengtiantan Platform. To clarify these problems, an archaeological team formed in 1987 corried out a thorough excavation on the open-air foundation of the platform which yielded a number of ceramics and structural members of a brick and tile building. The finds suggest the dates of the successive constructions on the site.Stratigraphically the ruins can be divided into 11 layers, where remains of different periods are overlaid and intruded by each other in most cases. Examination shows that the surviving foundation of the Fengtiantan Platform began to be built approximately in the early 15th century AD (shortly after the 5th year of Yongle reign, Ming Dynasty). From then on, it was reconstructed for many times. Before its being built, there had been a lot of phases of construction, of which 4 have roughly been distinguished. The first phase, the Song period, saw the erection of a wooden temple, the whole picture of which hasn't been clarified as part of its remains wasn't covered by the excavation. The second phase was at the turn from the Song to the Yuan, when a raised-platform building was constructed, which along with a gate tower must have been the early Shengyousi Temple. In the third phase, a set of Yuan Dynasty common wooden houses was built for living use. The fourh phase was at the turn from the Yuan to the Ming, when a wooden building was erected on a raised platform. And the remaining foundation of the Fengtiantan Platform belongs to the fifth phase.
