英文摘要:Qianzhangdai Village lies 25km south of Tengzhou City and lkm east of the ruined city of the Xue State. North and south of the village, cultural remains were found grouping between terraces and highlands. From 1981 to 1987, excavations were carried out in three seasons, and the fourth time of digging was done in 1991. The data delt with in the present paper are unearthed from Tombs 4 and 3 excavated the last time.Tomb 4 is large in size and has a northern and a southern ramps. Judging from the 21 postholes discovered around the tomb opening and at the bottom of the tomb chamber and ramps as well as from the fact that in the periphery of the tomb remain the foundation and aprons of a platform, above the tomb chamber must originally have been built an aproximately square structure which stood on a roughly rectangular platform and had two corridors leading to the northern ramp and the southern one respectively. Tomb 3 is medium-sized and has a southern ramp. It yielded exquisite jades, and the pottery shows local features. The forms of the funeral objects from the two tombs resemble those of the fourth phase of the Yin Ruins culture and thus the tombs must belong to the late Shang period. The Qianzhangdai site provides interesting material for researches on the history of the early stage of the Xue State.
