英文摘要：The Karakhanids adopted the traditional mode of the Altaic regimes,two-king system, namely the han and the buγa han were reigning at the same time.The han and the buγa han partitioned their dominion to the members of king family,forming the seigniors.The central functionary were regent minister(yuγrux),forerunner(tayaηu),and so on.The local authority of Karakhanids adopted two modes respectively in the nomadism zone and agriculture regions,the modality of rule ran through the history of the dynasty.
