英文摘要：There are two Torht siher seals Collected in the Administrative office of Cultural Relics Preservation of Jimsar County, Which was awarded by the emperor Qian Long in 1772 to the two leaders of Sheleng and Soakonken of Torhut tribes.It not only the material evidene of two hundred twenty-seven years ago, Torhut tribes broken through tsarist Russia’s encirclemen and retrn to its motherland.But also the rarely seldom, precious historical relics of Xingjiang modern history and Mongolia history.
