中文摘要：<正>1972～1974年间发掘的湖南长沙马王堆汉墓,是震惊中外的一次考古发现,此后相关单位陆续将出土的文物与文献系统发表[1],其中最为重要的文献,应该属帛书。本文因为主要在探讨帛书《老子》乙本卷前的四篇古佚书中《经法》篇《君正》章的性质,连同四篇古佚书的性质,尤其是历来研究已有1972～1974年间发掘的湖南长沙马王堆汉墓,是震惊中外的一次考古发现,此后相关单位陆续将出土的文物与文献系统发表[1],其中最为重要的文献,应该属帛书。本文因为主要在探讨帛书《老子》乙本卷前的四篇古佚书中《经法》篇《君正》章的性质,连同四篇古佚书的性质,尤其是历来研究已有之相关成说,做一简单的检讨。而帛书《老子》甲本卷后的古佚书,必要时一并简述,作为解决问题的切入点。首先,先将释文列出,以利讨论。释文一般采宽式隶定,需要说明的个别文字和词汇则加注解说明,否则于文字之后出以括号,径将所应通假之字写出,诸多文字之读法与拟补的文字,有部份并不同于以前的著作,〔〕表示拟补,【】表示错字误摹,整章的性质与其他问题则在说明中阐释。

英文摘要：Lots of questions had been asked and answered on the four pieces of lost ancient books named as Huangdi Si Jing,Huangdi Shu or Huang Lao Xue written before the silk manuscript Laozi found in Mawangdui Han Tomb No.3,such as the natures,authors,dates of composition and the philosophic thoughts contained in them.In fact,the chapter Jun Zheng in the piece Jing Fa,a chapter explai ning the sentence "let a good man teach the people seven years,and they may then likewise be employed in war" in Lunyu,should be regarded as typical Confuci an literature.The chapter Jun Zheng should be considered as a piece of kinds of interpretations for the book Lunyu produced in the pre-Qin period,copied and spread from the Qi or Qin States to the territory of the old Chu State in the Han Dynasty.
