英文摘要：This article is trying to demonstrate the important significance of the Lingzhou Route which is held a strategic position along the silk road in maintaining communications between China and the West on the Silk Road. By a careful study and a brief introduction to the ten rolls of the Dunhuang Manuscripts in which showing the fact of contact with the central government during the period of Shazhou local authority of the Return to the Allegiance Army. The article had further emphasis the leading role of the governor of Suofang District who was in charge of both civil and military affairs during the Tang Dynasty in the traffic communications between China and the West by the textual research on the investigation of the Governor of Suofang District in charge of both civil and military affairs during the Tang Dynasty especially the one who surnamed Han and his relative activities in management of The Suofang.
