中文摘要：教坊、梨园的研究,目前学界在许多问题上还存在着分歧。文章提出一些新的观点:认同仗内教坊即禁中教坊一说,"仗内"与"仪仗"无关;认为鼓吹局教坊为"教习"之义,并不含有俗乐机构的意思;认为唐代教坊饮妓可分两类:一类籍系教坊,是番上的官妓性质,一种并不系籍,可以算作私妓;认同唐教坊与唐梨园两机构人员可以互通有无的说法;认为唐梨园小部音声中应有这种胡雏,他们来自于中古"粟特九姓"之一的康国;认为《东京梦华录》所载已经是十三部色形成时期的情况,而《梦粱录》关于十三部色的记载则存在一些错误;宋代宫廷的多数礼仪中教坊并不负责核心的工作,但在大傩仪中却扮演了重要的角色。

英文摘要：The paper gives several ideas.Firstly,agreeing that Zhang-Nei-Jiao-Fang is a Jiao-Fang in the royal court and Zhang-Nei has nothing to say to a guard of honor.Secondly,considering that the Jiao-Fang of the Drumming and Blowing Bureau means a location of study,not an institution of secular music.Thirdly,considering that accomplished prostitutes of Jiao-Fang in Tang divide into two categories on the basis of their status: some are official and the others are private.Fourthly,agreeing that members of Jiao-Fang and Li-Yuan can exchange mutually.Fifthly,considering that there existed Hu-children in Li-Yuan in Tang,who came from the State of Kang.Sixthly,considering that the written information about the formation of thirteen departments in Dong-Jing-Meng-Hua-Lu is true and that of in Meng-Liang-Lu is partly mistaken.Seventhly,considering that Jiao-Fang in Song did not play an important role in most of royal court ceremony but Da-Nuo ceremony.
