英文摘要：The equestrian polo is a game of combining horse riding with batting skill .It originated in the early Tang Dynasty (the period of the ruling emperor ,Tang Taizong ) .The polo was an important means of practicing horse riding and developing horse riding battling and smashing skills ,It was also an entertainment .As it was advocated and promoted by the emperors of the Dynasty ,the polo became popular with the army men ,highranking officials and learned men ,A set of rules were set up to guide the polo training and polo games in the Tang Dynasty .
