英文摘要：the Rou Ran with the Xian Bei are a period and northern national minority in South and North Dynasty of our country. In the Rou Ran political power(A.D.402--552) with the Dynasty of North Wei (A.D.336--534) in a half-a-century that stand together, two the hour offends the war mutually, the hour is mutually friendly, and to each from of the development produced the important influence.
