英文摘要：The Kutadgu Bilig (Wisdom of Royal Glory) is a classical work which was completed by Yusup Has Hajib at the ancient capital of Kashgar and presented to Tabghach Bughra Khan,the prince of the east Karakhanid dynasty.Its content covers the politics,law,ethics,philosophy,culture,social economics,ethnic relations,religion and all aspects of daily life during the Karakhanid dynasty.It is honored as an epic poetry of the Uyghur people.With the publication of multiple versions of the Kutadgu Bilig since the 19th century,many researches have been made and formed a specialized field known to both domestic and international scholars as the Study of the Kutadgu Bilig.However,there are still some related questions that remain unexplored.Starting from a historical perspective,this article examines the titles and place names,such as Buyruq,Khan,and Otukan,which appear in the Kutadgu Bilig.
