英文摘要：There are two kinds of opinions about the pronunciation of the ancient minority "rou zhi". The geographical and historical proofs from various ancient materials have been provided in the article and the problems have also been analyzed by the theory of tones and the figures of the Chinese characters. The pronunciation can be determined as "rou zhi".
