中文摘要：本文以敦煌藏经洞出土的社会文书中的子嗣收养、财产分割与继承契约等为主要研究对象,首先界定了“非正式婚姻子女”这一概念,其次对他们的身世来源作了分类,并以此对唐宋时期敦煌百姓婚姻家庭中的子女构成状况、财产继承与分割原则以及家庭生活的伦理观等进行探讨。

英文摘要：This article had selected authentic written materials of the social subjective documents about the tradition of child adoption,property inheritance and the contracts of property division from the Dunhuang Manuscripts as the main data for the study,and tries to define the concept of the group of children who were born in unlawful wedlock and to classify the various origin sources of them.Furthermore,based on the data and analyzing to it,this article attempts to discuss the constitution of children out of lawful wedlock condition in a normal family and their lawful right in property inheritance and the lawful distribution principle of family property,and what is more,the viewpoint of normal and accepted ways and relationship of family member in Dunhuang during the period of the Tang dynasty and the Song dynasty.
