中文摘要：出土医学文献包括涉医甲骨、金石、简牍、缣帛、敦煌西域医学卷子、黑水城医学册叶等。这些文献具有时间跨度长,载体种类多,内容涉及广,学术价值大,阅读研究难等特点。对其进行系统地整理研究,可探寻传世古医籍源头,梳理中医经典脉络;发掘古代医学的成就,充实、改写中国医学史;可据以校勘传世古医籍,匡正千年之讹,破释千古之谜。这项工作应成为中医医史文献学科的一个重要研究方向。通过对出土医学文献整理研究历史、现状及原因作简要分析,并对存在的问题提出对策。

英文摘要：Unearthed medical literature includes oracle bone inscriptions,epigraphy,bamboo slips and silk books concerning medicine,Dunhuang medicine Juanzi in Western of China,medical volumes of Heishui City and so on. These literature is characterized by long span of time,various types of carriers,extensive contents,high academic values and difficulties in reading and studying,etc. As systematic sorting and research on these literature can seek the sources and course of medical classics handed down from ancient times,excavate the achievements of ancient medicine,enrich and rewrite the medical history of TCM,provide basis for proof-reading of ancient literature to rectify corruptions and resolve puzzles of thousands years,so the work should be an important research direction in the TCM historical philology. This paper made a brief analysis of the history,current situation and its cause of the study of unearthed medical literature,and brought forward some measures for the the existing problems.
