英文摘要：There was the differentiation between the "Luntai" in the Han Dynasty and that in the Tang Dynasty.From the Han Dynasty on, "Luntai" was transformed into an analogical term implying the frontier areas in the Northwest of China.The "Luntai" in the Tang Dynasty was set up in the fourteenth year of the Era Zhenguan (设于贞观十四年) , 420 Chinese li from the administration quarter of Tingzhou (唐轮台为庭州属县) to which it belonged .But now, "Luntai" appearing in the texts of Tang literati usually does not mean the county Luntai, but the analogy borrowed from the Han documentations, standing for the frontier areas in the Northwest of China, or signifying the zone of Xizhou (西州) ., Tingzhou (庭州) and the like, in the Era Chang - an, the Headquarter of the Northern Court was transferred to Tingzhou, and Luntai was obviously made the tribute area of the Headquarter of the Northern Court (北庭都护府) .When Cen Shen join the army the second time, he was engaged in the Secretary Office (幕) of the Head Administrator Feng Changqing of Ixi (伊西节度使封常清) in the north court, and wrote quite a number of "poems in Luntai", which were called "Luntai" as well, implying the administration quarter of the Northers Court, but not the County Luntai.
