中文摘要：《玛纳斯》是一个综合性的艺术。史诗的演唱充满了丰富的音乐性和节奏感。《玛纳斯》史诗的诗句构成总体上保持了古代突厥语民族诗歌的特征,并且与柯尔克孜族传统民歌的形式一致。《玛纳斯》史诗表演的戏剧性特征是口头传统不断延续的结果。史诗内容本身所拥有的戏剧性也更进一步加强了它戏剧效果的展示。

英文摘要：Epic Manas is an oral performing art which requires both the visual sense and hearing to appreciate. It is rich in musical melody and rhythm. The restriction of verse form is much similar to old Turkic poem and the traditional folk song of Kirghiz. The dramatic character of Epic Manas is the result of the development of traditional folk art of Kirghiz people.
