中文摘要：吐鲁番地区出土的汉文、回鹘文契约文书说明,在3-14世纪的吐鲁番地区长期存在着无人身自由、可以被随意买卖的女奴,她们的命运很悲惨。在普通的乡村家庭中主妇是有一定地位的,社会认可她们的债务继承权,她们甚至独立从事社会经济活动。

英文摘要：On the basis of the ancient contract texts in the Han and Uygur language of Turpan, we can discover that there were women slaves who lacked of personal freedom and were dealt at will of their masters for a long time, from the third to the 14~ th century. They were miserable. But in the rural common families, housewives had some rights in the social and economic life. Their heirships of the dept were acceptable in the communications. They even can engage independently in social economic activities.
