中文摘要：吐蕃的一代女王赤玛伦和一代女皇武则天近乎处于同一个历史时期,她们分别是吐蕃和唐朝的女政治家。文章以藏、汉文历史资料为依据,通过对赤玛伦和武则天生平主要事迹的比较、叙述,分析了她们的异同点,重点论述了她们摄政或主政时期为唐蕃友好关系的发展、汉藏人民之间的友好往来做出的历史贡献,为实现中华民族大团结和祖国统一提供了重要的历史启示。

英文摘要：Chemelun,the Queen of Tubo Kingdom lived in the same age as the Empress,Wu Zetian,of Tang Dynasty.Both of them respectively were the female politicians in the period.The paper,based on the Chinese and Tibetan literature,compares their life experiences,especially expounds how they contributed to promote Chinese-Tibetan relationship in their reign,which provides some important inspiration for realizing the unity of the nation.
